Art is subjective. If you liked this product enough to order it, then you should be happy with it's appearance. Therefore, no refunds on account of that. If there is damage to the piece I will send you another, however, I will need you to cover shipping. I am just a home based business. 

There is a shipping charge of $10 within Canada, $15 within the US, and $20 abroad. Save money on shipping by ordering more prints at once! I will cover shipping if at least 5  of any of my prints are ordered.
